CataliX is a Netherlands-based boutique consultancy born from a passion for product excellence and meaningful innovation. Backed up by ±20 years of experience in product management and change leadership, our mission is to speed up and empower organizations to become product-led powerhouses. We have led product teams in startups and corporates alike, shaped and navigated complex digital transformations, and coached dozens of professional leaders to certification. Our experience spans industries – from tech and retails to finance – but a common thread ties it all together: a relentless focus on delivering value and delighting the users.
